Tallinn, Estonia (January 2019)
Very snowy, very cold, VERY little sunlight, and yet I really enjoyed this city, a lot more than Riga. It had a couple of really great medieval-themed restaurants, a few very cool bars, exceptionally nice people, and I got to go skating which is always nice. Would definitely return, ideally in the summer though when the day-night balance is flipped and there is an abundance of light
