Amsterdam, The Netherlands (January 2019)

Oddly enough, this was my first of two visits to Amsterdam in 2019. Both visits were a 9-hour layover at Schiphol Airport, so I got out and explored a bit before heading back to continue my journey onto my final destination. If there is one city you’d want to be in for a short amount of time though, it’s Amsterdam. The walkability factor is off the charts, and it’s much better than the vast majority of North American cities. Ideal for a quick few hours seeing things.
